MBS Fitness proudly presents its Youth Fitness program, thoughtfully curated by MBS Fitness coach Kirill, to cater to the distinctive needs and capabilities of young individuals. Our program focuses on age-appropriate exercises and activities, ensuring a safe and effective approach to enhance strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels among the youth.

Led by our friendly and experienced coach, Kirill, each session runs for 60 minutes, covering everything from warm-ups and stretches to the main workout and cooldown.  The youth program is flexible in terms of training and locations. Whether Kirill comes to you or runs your class at Bridgewater PCYC is totally up to you.

​

Engaging in our youth fitness program fosters collaboration, where participants learn the value of effective teamwork. Through shared experiences and challenges, camaraderie flourishes, leading to a deeper understanding of the significance of working together towards common objectives. MBS Fitness is committed to nurturing the holistic development of young individuals, providing them with the tools and mindset necessary for a lifetime of health and wellness.
