Kids Fitness Program

Elevate your child's physical activity with our Kids Fitness Program, a dynamic and enjoyable experience designed by MBS Fitness coach Kirill to keep little ones moving and engaged. The program is crafted to cater to children as early as six.

Kirill runs the Kids Fitness Program for Schools and accepts private bookings. The program goes beyond traditional fitness activities, offering diverse challenges to enhance your child's strength, coordination, balance, and agility. The activities are thoughtfully curated to ensure that each child is stimulated physically and mentally, contributing to their overall development in a playful and interactive setting.

 

Kirill is mobile and willing to come to a place where it is required to make an assessment and set up training or meet your group at the Bridgewater PCYC, where he has full use of the gym. Each session lasts 60 minutes and covers everything from warm-ups and stretches to the main workout and cooldown., ensuring all participants engage and enjoy the time.
