We welcome people to our Group BoxFit Class, where fitness meets exhilaration! This high-intensity punch-fit session seamlessly blends the best of cardio exercises with the influential art of boxing, creating an engaging and effective workout that caters to individuals of a beginner level.

Led by our friendly and experienced coach, Kirill, each session lasts 45 minutes and covers everything from warm-ups and stretches to the main workout and cooldown. During the Group BoxFit Class, you'll experience a refreshing combination of heart-pumping cardio routines and strength-building exercises. This class elevates your fitness journey by losing calories, burning fat, and enhancing overall cardiovascular health.
