At MBS Fitness, our unique Fit for Life class aims to help you improve your mobility, strength and overall fitness. With a specialised approach to senior fitness, Kirill understands the unique needs of older adults. His friendly and patient coaching style ensures you stay motivated and achieve your health goals safely. The class is suitable for adults 50 years and older.

Kirill runs each class for 45 minutes, covering everything from warm-ups and stretches to the main workout and cooldown. The main workout is circuit-based, consisting of 8-10 exercises with 30-40 sec work and 30-20 rest times. All Fit for Life classes run at Bridgewater PCYC on 22-24 Green Point Rd, Bridgewater, Tasmania 7030. Please refer to the timetable.

Kirill will guide you through exercises, including seated marches, chair squats, leg lifts, bicep curls, shoulder presses, front raises, chest presses, and band pull parts. All exercises are done with light weights, resistance bands, and body weight, and all sessions include warm-ups and stretches.

​

This gentle approach to exercise ensures your physical safety and comfort. Kirill will modify the sessions to suit all levels and conditions, ensuring all participants feel a sense of achievement and have fun. For pricing information, click here or go to our Pricing page.
