We welcome people to our Functional Training Group Class, where efficiency meets effectiveness to redefine your fitness journey and transform yourself. The Class, led by coach Kirill, delivers optimal results in minimal time. The training enhances your overall well-being, builds your physique, boosts strength, and aids in weight management.

 

Each session lasts 45 minutes, covering everything from warm-ups and stretches to the main workout and cooldown. The main workout is circuit-based, consisting of 8-10 exercises with 30-40 seconds of work and 30-20 rest times.

 

Join a community of like-minded individuals who share the goal of elevating their exercise routines. Training alongside others creates a supportive atmosphere, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared motivation. During class, Kirill motivates you to exercise consistently while inspiring creativity in your approach to fitness.
