We are welcoming people to our inclusive Boxing Class, designed for beginners eager to embark on their boxing journey. It is led by our experienced coach, Kirill, who teaches participants the fundamentals of boxing, including proper stance, punch techniques, defensive movements, and footwork. Participants will engage in boxing drills, sparring sessions (with appropriate safety gear and precautions), and bag work to develop speed, power, and precision.  The class is open to teenagers from 13 years old and adults, both male and female.

Kirill's boxing class is committed to fostering a supportive and dynamic environment where each participant is empowered to thrive and excel. Our program is crafted to accommodate beginners' skill sets. Principles

Safety: Our members are our top priority. We take all necessary measures to ensure our members exercise in a safe environment. The training includes contact exercises and boxing techniques strictly practised in the gym under controlled conditions with mandatory protective gear.

Respect: Creating a supportive and inclusive environment by valuing all people's opinions, feelings, and rights and treating them with dignity and respect in all interactions and communications in and outside the gym.

Discipline: Understanding and practising the core principles of discipline, including self-control, consistency, and accountability, as well as striving for excellence and setting high expectations, is crucial for personal and professional development.

Persistence: Engaging in boxing enables people to push themselves beyond their perceived limits, discovering newfound strengths and skills they never knew they possessed.
