Information and pricing


The Youth Program at MBS Fitness focuses on students 10-14 years old, ensuring a safe and effective approach to enhance boxing technique, strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels among the youth. We run classes during school terms on Mondays at 5 pm - 5.40 pm and Fridays at 4.15 pm - 4.55 pm.​


Prices are calculated for the whole school term (10 weeks), and the following options are available depending on how many classes your child would like to attend.


1 class per week for $140

2 classes per week for $250

3 classes per week for $350


If your child joins classes partway through the term, or if classes fall on a public holiday, prices will be reduced accordingly.


All you need to do is fill out the online enrolment form and make an upfront payment before attending the first class.


We provide boxing gloves and inner gloves for all participants, or you are welcome to bring boxing wraps and gloves for your child to use.


All classes are held at Bridgewater PCYC, 22-24 Green Point Rd, Bridgewater.
