Looking for a place to feel welcomed and enjoy your workout? You are on the right track. We are building an incredible fitness community here and look forward to having you in one of our classes. Book a trial class by contacting us and then come to our convenient location 22-24 Green Point Rd, Bridgewater Tasmania 7030.

Introduction:

​

As uncomfortable as it is to go to a gym for a workout or a group class, it is enjoyable and exciting to join our friendly community with qualified MBS Fitness coach Kirill, who will look after you. During your first meeting, we will introduce you to our members and show you the space and equipment.

Items to bring:

 

Water bottle, sweat towel and YOURSELF. That is more than enough. You will use wraps and gloves (provided) for our boxing classes - be ready to break a sweat! Wear appropriate activewear shoes (runners, sneakers or boxing shoes), shorts and t-shirts to make you feel comfortable. You are now set and ready to GO! 

Payment options:

After your trial class, we have no lock-in contracts or obligations. You obtain an annual PCYC registration for $20 and a $10 Concession and pay for the classes by going to the Pricing page. Check our Programs page for further information regarding Group Fitness Classes, 1-on-1 Personal Training, and other fitness programs. Have Fun!
