Kids Fitness Bootcamp

Elevate your child's physical activity with our Kids Fitness Bootcamp, a dynamic and enjoyable experience designed by MBS Fitness coach Kirill to keep children moving and engaged. The program is designed for children aged 6 to 12. Cost: $30 per session.

6th, 8th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 29th.

 

The Kids Fitness Bootcamp goes beyond traditional fitness activities, offering diverse challenges to enhance your child's strength, coordination, balance, and agility. The activities are thoughtfully curated to ensure that each child is stimulated physically and mentally, contributing to their overall development in a playful and interactive setting.

 

Kirill runs two weekly group sessions during School Holidays on Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m., on 22-24 Green Point Road. Each session lasts 2 hours (1.5 hours of training and 30 minutes for lunch; please ensure parents bring lunch for the children) and covers everything from warm-ups and stretches to the main workout and cooldown, ensuring all participants engage and enjoy the time.
