Kids Boxing Program
The Kids Boxing Program provides a dynamic and enjoyable way for children to stay active and engaged. Kirill focuses on developing essential physical attributes in your child, including strength, coordination, balance, and agility, which all contribute to their overall wellbeing. He encourages kids to tackle individual challenges while also promoting teamwork, communication skills, and respect among participants.
Getting started
The Kids Boxing Program is suitable for children ages 6 and 9 years old. We run classes from Mondays to Thursdays from 4:15 to 4:50 p.m. Prices are calculated for the whole school term (10 weeks), and the following options are available depending on how many classes your child would like to attend.
Prices are calculated for the whole school term (10 weeks):

1 class per week for 10 weeks $140
2 classes per week for 10 weeks $250
Unlimited classes 10 weeks $350
We offer a discount for families with more than 1 child attending classes together - get in touch for more information.

If your child joins classes partway through the term or if classes fall on a public holiday, prices will be reduced accordingly. All you need to do is fill out the online enrolment form, acquire PCYC $10 annual registration (PCYC front desk) and make an upfront payment before attending the first class. We provide boxing gloves and inner gloves for all participants, or you are welcome to bring boxing wraps and gloves for your child to use.
All classes are held at Bridgewater PCYC, 22-24 Green Point Rd, Bridgewater, Tasmania 7030.

As the classes are run during school terms, we also run Kids Fitness Bootcamp during school holidays on Mondays and Wednesdays, 11.30 am - 1.30 pm. Click here for more information.

Principles
Safety: Your children's safety is our top priority. We take all necessary measures to ensure that your children exercise in a safe environment. The training includes non-contact exercises and boxing techniques strictly practised in the gym under controlled conditions.

Respect: Creating a supportive and inclusive environment by valuing the opinions, feelings, and rights of all people and treating them with dignity and respect in all interactions and communications in and outside class.

Discipline: Understanding and practising the core principles of discipline, including self-control, consistency, and accountability, as well as striving for excellence and setting high expectations, is crucial for personal development.

Persistence: Engaging in the sport of boxing enables children to push themselves beyond their perceived limits, discovering newfound strengths and skills they never knew they possessed.
