Kirill's fitness challenge is a dynamic and engaging program designed to push participants to their physical limits while ensuring a supportive and motivating environment. This unique fitness challenge integrates the intense discipline of boxing with the comprehensive benefits of functional strength and conditioning to create a well-rounded, high-intensity workout experience. 

Fight & Fit Challenge

Duration:

8 Weeks

 

Goal:

Improve cardiovascular health, strength, endurance, agility, and boxing skills.

Participants:

Open for all fitness levels with modifications available

​

Nutrition and Recovery:

  • Weekly nutrition tips focusing on fueling for workouts and recovery.

  • Importance of rest and active recovery sessions incorporated, such as mobility work.

​

Support and Community:

  • Participants will be part of a support group for motivation, tips, and sharing progress.

  • Weekly check-ins with Coach Kirill for personalised tips and motivation.

The boxing component of the challenge focuses on teaching participants the fundamentals of boxing, including proper stance, punch techniques, defensive movements, and footwork. These sessions improve cardiovascular health and endurance and enhance coordination, agility, and mental focus. Participants will engage in boxing drills, sparring sessions (with appropriate safety gear and precautions), and bag work to develop speed, power, and precision.

Kirill's program is structured to cater for beginners, ensuring that everyone is challenged yet able to progress at their own pace. Its high energy and camaraderie characterise the challenge and the supportive atmosphere that coach Kirill and the participants fostered. Regular assessments and feedback sessions help participants track their progress and stay motivated throughout the challenge.

 

This structured challenge aims to improve physical fitness and foster community and achievement among participants. The blend of boxing and functional strength ensures a well-rounded approach to wellness that challenges participants in various aspects of physical conditioning.
